Face-to-face planning meetings with Robin and team in a relaxed and organized environment.

Along with Robin Ballard as the Exclusive Principal Planner + Designer, Two Assistant Planners and a Bridal Concierge serve every client.

Concierge services for all wedding budget planning needs as well as access to robust tracking tools and services.

Each element of the wedding design will be outlined and presented to the client, including color palette, install concepts, aesthetics and decor elements.

A personalized month-to-month wedding checklist will be provided immediately upon booking.

Facilitation of the creative team including scheduling of all vendor interviews and proposal reviews.

Design and etiquette assistance for save the dates, invitations & paper product and signage needs.

Because the Robin Ballard experience is such a complete and in depth process, we only accept a limited number of events each year. This enables us to dedicate ourselves to bringing each client’s vision to life. Every one of our client’s is sure to feel like their every need has been met.
